I hope the people over at the Fed will read today’s Wall Street Journal Editorial before they make yet another mistake.

Donald Trump, Twitter, 18 December 2018

I don’t know what President Trump means here by “yet another”, but I’ve noticed lately that a lot of people are using that phrase to mean simply “another”, yet another example of augmentation disease.

“Yet another” should be used to refer to a third (or subsequent) instance of something of which one has already mentioned one and another (or more). I’ve mentioned augmentation disease several times, so, if that’s what’s going on here, this is yet another instance of it.
